Here is a recent project .. a cool summerhouse on an outcropping, overlooking the ocean, in Cordova Bay. The owner of the property was inspired to build this design as she had seen it at the Chelsea Flower Show in London England

Jazzing up an existing deck with simplified Gothic column tops makes a lot of difference to the ambience of the completed project.
