Replace Wooden Fence Posts
- Replacing wooden fence posts by removing rotted portion from the concrete base using a large auger bit to shred the wood.
- Pullout the pieces by hand and insert the new post. It works best to use slightly smaller post. Then reattach the fence sections.
- If the post was in concrete then new sloping concrete should be added to above grade to drain water away from new post..
