On the Heritage property below, we showed the building owners how to save over $80,000 per year simply by scheduling plumbing repairs to one day a month. This allowed the building to be serviced all in one day shutting down water less and streamlining the repairs without paying expensive service call rates and numerous trips for parts were done all at once. After implementing these methods the building ran much smoother and cost effectively, even with ancient plumbing, with less tenant disturbance. Heritage MaintenanceHeritage maintenance requires a certain artistic skills to be able to understand, initiate and complete repairs that accurately reflect the design qualities of heritage buildings. We are involved in maintenance of many heritage properties. A good example of this is the 60 suite apartment below.
