Recently Completed Colonial Terrace in Interurban Area of Victoria. The 5 Colonial columns and winder staircase enhance both the bottom area as a weather protection and the top as an additional living area. (This is a combined design of Dean Brandhagen and Graham Peacock, fine art painter, artist, U of A in Edmonton professor )
This front deck really makes this small home look alive! It is a unique combination of existing verandah with deck in front of it.
Round, square and hexagonal, here they all are in one application! I added the round family room addition on the right. Even the inside vaulted ceiling was rounded prefectly.

Nice large posts and round fence rails cut to form railing, click on the sign on the side of the house for a view of a cool house sign idea.
